Ashley started as a Junior Member in February 2021 while attending University of Nevada Las Vegas and graduated December 2021 with a BSBA in Marketing. The Junior Member program is where she has honed her marketing skills directly assisting Board Members in areas including social media management, copywriting, graphic design, content curation, and event chat moderation. This helped her transition into an internship with REQ, then 5 months later was promoted to a Digital Services Fellow.
Ashley supports her marketing teammates in their work differentiating and empowering brands across industries in a quickly changing landscape. She assists in the day-to-day management of client accounts to ensure that teammates have what they need to do their best work and deadlines are met. She continuously draws on her marketing experience with various practice areas, from content to design, to lend value to her team and to clients.
Outside of work, Ashley loves traveling, going hiking/camping, watching movies, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her husband Matt and three dogs: Hans, Kaiser, and Margot.
