If you could pass on words of wisdom to someone in the beginning stages of their career, what would you share with them?

Be curious and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Find a mentor – someone that will give you objective feedback + guidance as you navigate the different stages of your career.

How do you balance your personal life and work life?

It’s always a work in progress. However, setting boundaries such as only scheduling 3 evening events a week (when that was allowed), leaving my phone in another room when with family + friends, and taking a mental health day here and there help keep me engaged & present in both realms.
