If you could pass on words of wisdom to someone in the beginning stages of their career, what would you share with them?

Don’t be afraid of new opportunities and change. A comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there.

How do you balance your personal life and work life?

This has always been a battle for me with a 3 year old in the house. I try to give as much attention to my family and work as possible without either feeling neglected.
